I sure do - they say assumptions, like Carver, are the mother of all fuck ups.
It’s diametrically opposed to the sanitised existence of the Lemmings around me in the Dilbert Cartoon hell I live in; it’s life at full volume, perfect colour with high resolution and 10,000 watts of amplification.

Pretty good, bar risers are a must. More reliable than people will lead you to believe. Parts arent that bad to get. Not a stealth bike, stands out in any crowd. Sharpest handling bike I've ever ridden so you have to be pretty definate when you throw it around but its reasonalbly forgiving.

A lot of bike for not a lot of money. PM me if you want to know more.

    First/best bike memory:
First moment - riding a little FXR150 and having to concentrate on all the things you have to do at once on a bike, down shifting, while braking etc.

Best riding moment, was back a while ago before reality of my own mortality dawned on me. Thank goodness we sometimes get to do really crazy shit and still live to tell the tale...
Racing a guy on a ducati 999 (i think) and over took him through a gulley, came up over a ridge at about 200kph with the throttle wide open in 4th gear and the lip of the ridge had a bit of a vertical lip, went airborne and landed in a wheelie which went on a bit followed by a small tank slapper...scary shit. Stupid shit really. But it was a helliva blast at the time.

Estimated km to date: 300,000 or so.

    WOW Brett!!!!!

    Are you for real????

Only 24 and only been riding 5 years yet you have done 300,000kms????

YIKES! Thats approx 1154 kms per WEEK.

Given the way our licencing laws work you had to have spent 1.5-2 of those 5 years on a 250cc...thats a shitload of mileage on a 250...

Do you live in one city and work in another???

BTW I am not doubting you, I'm just amazed...(ok I'm wondering if one of the zeros was a typo LOL)

No no, that is combined mileage Car + Bike

Motorcycling mileage would be about 60,000kms or so

Should have probably noted that !!

First/best bike memory: first bike memory of my own riding is around the school fields, but i grew up on the back of my dads bike (plenty of great memories!) and best memory, well there are too bloody many to pick just one!
Estimated km to date: no idea (as cannot remember how many i did on my first three bikes) but in the last 7 months i have done a solid 20,000 (largely all done in the months before starting uni again (march)). That is thanks to getting my gsxr.. first two months on it I did over 12,000 delightful kms!

edit: but i agree with whoever said it in the first couple of pages - best way to actually meet someone is to go on group rides... everyone's persona on here is bullshit!
