    How much did this cost..??

From Bike UK mag, Jan '05 (now I have to type it all..)
    The repair bill:
    Chassis - £126,000
    Engine - £245,000
    Front forks - £35,000
    Rear shock - £17,500
    Front wheel - £2,800
    Rear wheel - £2,800
    Bodywork - £8,400
    Fuel tank - £7,000
Front brake discs - £24,000 (I assume total, the mag doesn't say..)

In total, just shy of half-a-million squid. It was Nakano's only crash of the season...
his underwear after the crash? Priceless..

I reckon it was his only crash, cos he didn't get paid after that!! Scarey to think that a lot of those parts cost more than whole bikes.. Still, they will develop these things, and break them..
