more hassle if it dose for the small extra cost involved in doing it now.
i agree, when i did the radiator in my van you had to take the fan and all the belts off to get it out, so while i was there i did the water pump and cambelt, it was a mongrel job but atleast i wont have to go there again for a long while

Water pump and rad were both replaced not long ago as it had, "over heating issues" apparently. Needless to say replacing them didn't fix the problem. I suspect its had a dodgy head gasket for a while and we finally killed it on the way to the first round of the 2-man.

    Damn cold tonight in Auckland!

Yeah, bring back the hot weather! I'm planning on spending at least half my summer at the sandpit in the loose squirrely stuff and then drinking beers in the sun after, ooooh yeah

Chain adjust and Front Wheel Bearings

Feels like a new bike! Much smoother coming on and off the power, and the front wheel - in particular breaking, feels more posative.

Also, just did an oil change and cleaned both filters, but that's just boring normal stuff.

well ive got my forks apart again, looks like i failed to tighten the rebound adjuster module at the top of the fork to the damper rod properly and as a result it vibrated loose allowing the damper rod to collapse, LUCKILY for me there was no damage to threads or the chromed inner tube and the damper rod still moves freely. took both forks apart and made sure everything was tight then refilled with oil. looks like i dodged a bullet
