Sounds good. But I'm not sure you have the correct price for the RR. On the Kawaskai America site, they have the RR only 200 USD more than the R

You have all got off track, you are only allowed in here to drool over the R6.
I agree if Iwent for Kwaka it would be the 636, as the 600 is aimed at a race market.

LOL, easy... What were the top four racers riding in the NZ supersport 600 class??? GSX-R 600's....

But to be honest... if i wasnt Suzuki mad.... i would probably look towards the CBR600 as a race bike, and either a 636 or Gixxer as a road bike...
See Robert Taylor for any Ohlins requirements www.northwest.co.nz
    Thanks Colemans Suzuki
    Thanks AMCC
I use DID Chains and Akrapovic Exhausts

600RR is in the $20's in NZ - high spec race bike - higher performance than the 636 and a lot more aggressive - nicer bike to ride actually - rode them both back to back.

Would put the 600RR first, CBR600RR next, 636 then GSXR then r6

No - ZX6RR not new 636. I think you will find the ZX6RR is sex on wheels - try reading whole thread before jumping in to defend your bike

Look pretty similiar to me, the 05 ZX6RR and ZX6R

seems these are the only differences apart from 37cc ?

    * Polished intake ports, revised porting, new combustion chambers and larger exhaust valves, plus new racing cams, all contribute to increased performance
    * To suit non-modified stock racing classes, the six-speed transmission features close ratios similar to those of the 2004 racing kit transmission
    * Inner fork tubes feature a TiSiCN coating to reduce sliding friction (stiction) and improve suspension action
    * Revised damping valve for the rear shock offers a wider range of settings for racing
    * Steering damper boss provided on the left frame rail
    * Low-expansion front brake hoses improve brake feel

chill dude, those specs are for the '05 bikes, ay? I was comparing the 03/04 R and RR, not 05. I know there's a ton of differences between the 05 R and RRs, that's why I said it way back in post 25 in this thread.. Not sure why Kawa went kazi on the '05 636, but the differences between the 03/04 Rs and RRs weren't that huge. There were some, but not as many as this year round.. the 05 is a good bike, probably better than the 03/04 as that's how evolution goes, but physically looking, the 05 has softer lines, just a personal pref, I prefer the sharper, and those who I've spoken to, most have agreed
