Can I buy a battery on a Sunday?

Yellow pages says only one battery store is open tomorrow but they can't get me a battery until monday. Anyone know anyone else in waikato that stocks motorcyle batteries and is open tomorrow? I would like to ride before the weather turns crap again

both repco and supercheap are open Sunday, and stock a limited range of motorcycle batteries.

I got one here you can have. Could probably take it as far as Hamilton tomorrow after lunch as we're heading out for a ride toward Arapuni/Te Awamutu.

I was thinking of asking you NDORFN just wasn't sure if the one you had was working

I usually jump start the bike and its been fine to ride however it doesnt charge the battery and jump starting it everytime is a pain in the ass and means i can't ride to work. I have not managed to push start it by myself yet although it is easy enough with a hill to help.

I highly doubt supercheap or repco stock the battery i need.

Yeah the one that was still in the bike only got about 5 starts from new, then I started stripping the bike, so it's pretty much as-new.
