Hi Guys and Gals. The GPS files are now available from my website. Let me know if there are any issues
The whole route is too long to have one GPS route file so it is in parts. There are two options one for older GPS units and one for newer GPS units. All pretty obvious but the part that is labelled X is the Challenge loop.
Cheers R

I am bummed too, I had it all set up, really looking forward to it.
I can make it later on in the month, so will head down with Joe. We plan on hitting the top of the south, so I have to make a route with frequent pit stops for photo taking and more importantly, gas....for the Katoom!
I get to make use of the ferry booking now...![]()
Okay when is everyone heading down to Fairlie?
Alf and I intend leaving Christchurch about midday Friday and permission pending hopefully taking an offroad excursion thru the Orari River Gorge past Lake Opuha to Fairlie, anyone interested in joining us?

For the return I'm crossing back to the North Island on Monday 18/1 - needing to be at Picton by 5pm - a long haul on the Monday - especially on my DR - Ciao Aslan![]()
