Cheers JMJ, will have to see. Away for 3 days for the Tekapo Tamer 29-31st; weekend between then and DB is slated for family time.... or work.
    Cheers,
    Colin

Hey HOT, what time are you expecting to get to the Cottage or are you going directly to the BBQ first?

Bikes all loaded up, went for a shakedown run down the riverbank and nothing came undone so should be all good.

Looks like the weather may be a bit inconsistent until Monday acccording to the tv, but metview says otherwise so who knows really.

Bring on 6 days of riding yeeehaaa.
I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........

Best wishes to all DB riders, hoping you don't have too many unplanned adventures.

When will the odds be posted for how many finishers in the small bore challenge?

Apart from the small bore challenge riders, can the rest of you give me some idea of when you will be through the Lake Mahingerangi area?? - thinking of heading over in the car with a gas cooker and having some free coffee, tools etc on the side of the road somewhere around there

Its about 400kms to the lake. If they start at about 5.30 as per other years then about from 1300 on but the two dayers tend to be a leisurely lot so maybe a bit later? Hard to predict. Maybe it would be better to get XF650 or TA to give you a text when they leave Ranfurly. They will be a couple of hours getting from Ranfurly to the lake.

Actually them being a leisurely lot they would probably really appreciate the coffee too!

    Cheers R
