Anything but the RMX. Why would they put a 6 litre tank on an enduro bike?

6.2 litre tank That's just stupid. Puts it in the same bracket as the Gas Gas. Probably only got a 5 speed box too. The japs just aren't serious about this class IMO.

Fuel injection gives much better fuel efficiency but that's still a pretty small tank. The enduro model in a less agressive state of tune will probably be even better on gas as well. Might be fine for most riding. I almost never fill my tank, I hate the weight.

according to transworld this is it

    Im sure thats a carb???

as for the RMX's tank, I dont think suzuki are dumb enough to put a tiny tank on a enduro bike without good fuel efficiency... They would have their resons

    , it's injected.

The rmx tank size is odd, both the 450's have 1/2 a litre smaller tank than the 250.

they must have a reason for this. allways huge aftermarket tanks as well.

They look nice, esp with the black, now all they need to do is plonk a rm250 motor in one

Hmmm that 250 pic does look a bit carbish where a carb but be, but bike has aluminium tank (for EFI pressurised system).

At least the Suzuki 2 stroke still being made despite rumour to contrary last year, have to be thankful for that! Bit of discussion going on re recent mag article about 2t having overall cleanish energy profile relative to 4t due to being much simpler to manufacture. Maybe life in the dirty old dog yet (fingers crossed).

Sorry 'bout that. Pretty sure it was last month's Australasian Birt Bike. (Saving money with cheeky reading at supermarket mag section) Article was quite in depth, so hoping there's some industry 'back to the drawing board' activity going on.
