    Thumbs up AMPS customer service

I guess we always focus on the negative but ...quite frankly the last two days I have been into AMPs I have to say what awesome people work there.

These people had to deal with me from the service department to the parts department to the main shop area. Poor them

Thank you and I would recommend your store to anyone.

Hmm...some nice Triumph Bonnies there for sale at the moment.

Thumbs up Since I've owned my Harley

I've had dealings with Shane and Jas in service dept and they are top guys. Prompt and efficiant and polite with it. Also with Karl in parts.......always rite back to me and answers his e-mails as well. Guys like these make a shop work and make people want to do return business.
It's better to have ridden and crashed, than never to have ridden at all....R.I.P. Bruce Bennett (old fart-KB.) 1955-2005 posted by Bronwyn Bennett.

He's still at AMPs. Saw him the other day. His letters to the editor occasionally turn up in the NZ Herald too.

Thats because you already own a Harley. These cunts wont give you a second glance otherwise.

To be fair, i've had acceptable service from parts and accessories but as stated above, the sales guys are fucking useless ignorant cunts.

From what he said, he's had to stop posting on KB from work. He's probably got a life...

Wonder if he checks in occaisionally to see who's still here?

+1 Don't know a single Triumph owner (and I know shitloads) who doesn't feel this way after a short period of time.

I had several shit experiences with them and gave them the benefit of the doubt for a while (despite the feedback I kept getting from others). They fucked it up time after time and I have accepted my shortcomings as a non Harley riding mortal.

The straw that broke the Camel's back was after purchasing a set of mufflers from them, being told I'd have to wait 4 weeks for a 20 minute plug in tune.

"Fuck em" say I and hundreds more I've talked to.
