What is the largest thing you have transported on your bike?

What is the largest thing you have transported on your bike?

This evening I withstood the weather all the way out to scenic drive and had this thing stuck too my bike!

The pack rack has a heavy speaker in it, the other one is on top of the box. I had just enough room between the tank and box to sit! If any of you have been down mountain road you will know it's not the best when dark and raining hard. My rope skills where not the best either, so found myself with one hand holding the box on the bike most of the way home!

What are some of your stories!

I read in the nz herald one day that some dickhead carried a sh*t load of things, including a couch on his bike. The authorities pulled him over (obviously) and charged him with whatever the charge is called.

As for the largest thing I've carried, I've only done off road, so it would have to be a bean bag. Their bloddy hard things to hold onto!

A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

A 50kg bobby calf...that was my largest non human load....They are hard to hold and carry on a bike with them moving all over the place...the bastard pissed in my lap too...

I once had 5 people on a Z200, including me....was totally pissed and we were doing cross country (or cross paddocks anyway) from Ruapuna to Paparoa Village...

2 ex race tyres for my old zxr 750. Brought in wellington, put them round my waist like a hula hoop and rode to palmy.

Went 3 up from palmy to wellington on a zxr 250. I was the middle passenger and was taking turns using the pillion foot pegs.

20L jerry can strapped to my back and feeding straight into the carbs when I lost the my keys 400km from home (had to hotwire the bike) and couldn't open the gas tank to fill it up.
