Fast tracks alright, I snicked into 6th gear a couple of times today (proud). Special groom technique?

Cheers Tony! I think that fitness is really holding me back now. I've lost most of what I'd built up last year. Oh well. Went over the bars a few times today. Very funny. Feeling it now!! Hope your shoulder is ok Tony.

the first loop i did with you guys really took it out of me. i was making silly mistakes after that, crushing the same two fingers about 4 times, practicing stoppies with a log, and one big over the handlebars flying upside down crash on the easy bypass
    but ill live.
i will get up that hill!
thanks for the decent spin Tony, hope your shoulder not

Reds dealt to me a few stunning blows today. We found a hill climb at the back of the super bowl that no one could tame. Had a wee tumble down hill for a few metres which knocked me senseless. Then the mention of "lets go get beer" had us racing red on the way home. Another off and it may be a doctors visit for the shoulder tomorrow.

Good to have a decent spin with Cheese(going bloody good he was)Noobi, Chop and a few others.
its not having no woops, its the amount of traction there was in the sand today, it was perfect!
