yip. the turn off will be the corner "in the town center" where the old gas station was that is burnt down. its now just a blank section with concrete walls or something there.

if its same as last year, you'll go down there a 1km or 2 and its on the right hand side of the road

Well I was all sorted to go to this years event when my mate rang up last night cancelling due to over extended work commitments. Dang, we were both psyched for this event phsically and mentally and would have been good preparation for the Santoft enduro so now I'll just have to polish my bike a little more.

Well it looks like were going after all - report to follow

Just finished helping set up the start area. Should be alot better than last year (hopefully no bottlenecks) with a few little jumps etc.

just got back, yea DK won i think his brother came second, i managed to complete 3 laps, with no hassels or bins. i think it took me about 3-31/2 hours.man there were some FAST guys out there. the start was awesome ive never experienced anything like that before. there was some cool man made jumps, and some wicked huge hills. def going again next year, be interested to see were i placed. me and JT119 were passing people all day.

Yup apparently Damien King won. Just speaking to someone who did it. He reckons it was dry all day, perfect conditions and he had a blast. Some minor bottle necks on hills first lap but no dodgy shortcuts this time. About 250 riders.

there was one guy who didnt even make it past the first ditch which you had to jump and cause a massive pile up just after the shotgun, and there was a bottleneck at the first big hill. but other wise it was pretty free flowing, yea the rain stayed away, and in my opinion the track surface was perfect.

Good work flying CR250. Mate was on second row so must have missed that start drama. He hadn't done a mass start before & loved it. (Now I'm envious and feeling more than a bit slack for not going due to being unfit)
