Alert bike thieves waitakere number 2

As in my other thread a few weeks ago, I spotted a scum bag stealing a quad from down the road, Today I arrived home put the car in the garage and spotted someone walking around outside the house, rush outside and the fuckhead was back in his wagen, he must of backed in just as i closed the garage door and did not see me, make a dash for the vehicles door, and it was the same scum that i had seen on the quad, and probally the same one that stole my 2 bikes last year, Any way watch out for a darkbrown landcruiser or safari LWB, (stolen plate number DDA 460 as confirmed by police ) police told me even had i detained the prick they could not do anything because he did not enter the house makes ya fucken mad.

Couldn't they do anything about the fact he's driving on stolen plates?

Yea they could, but to detain him I would have to smash em over the head with somthing as i had no back up, then i would be charged because he had not enterd the house,I couldnot block the vehicle as mine was in the garage and as soon as he saw me he took off. you never know what to do at the time.

Yeah, shame! Not a good feeling to experience this invasion of privacy. A rock through his window would feel good from your perspective I guess... Hopfeully you've seen the last of him.

I reckon the cops would quietly tell you to shoot him or smash him in the face and carefully carry him inside. Then 'he was in your house' when you caught him. However, how many of these scumbags are running around with guns and knives? It's not worth dying over. These guys steal shit as a career. The punishment for getting caught is jack all relative to the reward for getting away with it
The fucknuts obviously lives nearby. Just stay vigilant.
They reckon thieves often return to the same places as they get to know the layout of the property and all the access points etc.
Have u invested in some alarmed disc locks or chained your bikes up?

That sucks , at least the shitbag didn`t get anything except for a fright.

I hate these cunts that think they can steal whatever they want and as mentioned earlier all they get is a slap on the wrist with a soggy bus ticket.

I hope your garage is alarmed. And your bike is securely locked.

Afther my last 2 bikes were stolen, I have loaked all valubles in padlocked cabinets including all my riding gear and the bike is bolted to the floor and the house is fully alarmed, learn the first time, because it can happen again.

Tell the cops you're going to have a go at them yourself. You will be amazed at how fast they come running.

yeah i recon man. After my motard was stolen and i told the cops i had some addresses and i was going round to check em out they wanted to arrest me! But said they would not investigate themselves as there wasn't sufficient evidence to suggest they were the culprits, the cops wouldn't even tell me if the names i had had any proirs etc... the law is an ass. You gotta just be insured and take matters into your own hands... if you can be bothered (cops sure can't)
