What about the Brain Injury Association of NZ? it is a charity that helps provide advocacy for suffers of brain injuries, it is struggling, and in the current environment of ACC cuts people need all the advocacy they can get (especially people who often find it difficult to speak for themselves).

    I've made a call

The New Zealand Spinal Trust operate out of Burwood Hospital and have a team of volunteers and run on the smell of an oily rag. Most importantly they do a lot of work with bikers, so I want to put money back into the people who support us.
Don't blame me, I voted Green.

Awesome, good call, I sent on donations to these guys a couple of years back, in lieu of donations to my family, they are well worth supporting, and they do indeed run on the sniff of an oily rag!!!!! Good on you guys! Cheers!

    Thats fantastic!

Spinal injury nursing is my passion, and always will be....

I am a Duty Manager at Burwood atm

This is a fantastic group to support, & sadly,...there has been a significant increase in the numbers of bike riders in the unit this year....
