Wow, was just thinking about that sort of thing this morning. Sorry to hear it.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

Sounds like shit to me. Perhaps he should go to the insurance ombudsman.
Normally, if the insurance company have a beef with something like this (say an electrical appliance is faulty and shorts out, causing a fire), then they pay for everything apart from the item that caused the fire.
It's not like he deliberately caused the fire by using his quad as a tractor. :spudwhat:

Hear, hear! It's almost always the cat. Probably caused the quad fire too.

Has anyone got a pyromaniac cat they can lend us? I'd like our house to burn down....

Oops! And very sorry to hear about your gargre, Simon. Hope things work out OK with the insurance and all.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Yeah that "too" should have been in italics. Very very slopey italics! As in, hope it wasn't all personally modded with hundreds of memorable ks sitting on the clock as opposed to just a means of transport with no character. Ok - yeah, I'm sitting at the bottom of a hole with my shovel.

That's gutting Celtic, especially after the time and effort (not to mention money) you put into getting it back on the road after the bin.

Still, glad it was a garage fire and not a house one, and you are all ok.
