I won't be getting much sleep tonight

My brand new SFV-650 Gladius arrives tomorrow, delivered from Boyds motorcycles Hamilton....... Thankyou Glenn.
Its my very first "step up" bike from a 250 so, its going to be quite a learning curve for me. Oh my gosh.... I can not remember a time in my life when I have ever been this excited about anything. I feel like a little kid again, waiting for Christmas morning

I saw a Gladius a few months back. Nice looking bit of kit.

Don't be scared of it. You will get the hang of the 650 V-twin in no time.

    Enjoy!

Awesome! Thats what I want to get for my new big bike. Let me know how much fun it is! Not that I need any more convincing, sat on it and I was in love.

Good on you. They look pretty damn good in the flesh, and you'll enjoy the 650 motor. Should be an excellent step up from your 250.

I test rode one last week and found it a great little bike, I rode a GSR 600 the day before which I intended to buy but wanted to see what a v-twin was like. Well the Gladius and it's V-twin really won me over to the point I wasn't interested in the Inline 4 anymore.

Unfortunately I couldn't afford a new bike but have since gone and bought an SV650S second hand which is loads of fun.

Nice, everyone I've talked to who has ridden one say they are a lot of fun.

Tried to get the wife interested in one of those for an upgrade, but no takers there. I like the look of the Gladius but I am more or a S man myself.

On the way out the door the kind sales man at Holeshot Suzuki had worked out how to take my SV for a trade in. I was like, easy tiger, I've only had my SV a few weeks.

Maybe I will upgrade to the Gladius 1000S when that comes out
