Simply stated... if you have to explain to someone the point of riding a cruiser... then they will never get it. Its just one of those things. Stick to your sprots bikes Carver... dont waste your time trying to understand things that are beyond you.

[QUOTE=carver;1129307453]I took a 09 M90 for a spin the other day, and it was........
    Crap!!!!
how can you guys enjoy this kind of thing, and how do you corner at all.

    **************************************************

I have seen a couple of guys trying to hustle these things round corners, o boy, stay well back to avoid the mess.
Sparks ang bits grinding all over the place and not even going fast. Just getting in the way really

They do look cool parked outside a cafe tho' (well the blue ones with white stripes do, or is that the 109 model?)

    They sure aren't my thing.
When i get old and withery and can't countersteer round corners anymore i might look at a Victory Vegas 8 Ball. V cool kit that.(Don't worry,i won't go in the twisties with it i promise.I'll just stick to cafe's on straight roads while i stretch the pension as far as pos' and nick the little sugar packets).

Well Im old & withery and I already own a Vegas! And guess what? It makes me young!
And why the hell would you avoid the twisties on the Vegas 8Ball? Its not going to beat a rice rocket but it sure as hell can power thru tight corners with balance, & ease. Using the torque in lower gears is sheer exhilaration.

    That's a great looking bike!
All the talk the sportsbike owners talk about cornering....they can't come close to the speeds a sportscar can do around the same corners!
