Chain's on the same side as the throttle twistgrip. Only bike I know of with a left side twistgrip is the old Indian. it ain't an Indian

    Actually I agree now.
    Believe it's a (possibly 1966) Sears Allstate 250 twingle.
This makes sense with the bike cylinder(s) and one spark plug. The "twingle" is a split cylinder 250 with 2 pistons one behind the other with seperate conrods.

How did you get it not to snap chains?

I couldn't believe it, when we removed the chain covers, to find a 510 chain! My A50 used to eat them up!

Nup. Have to admit, it was an early pick of mine. But...been flicking between your pic/s and the watercooled version....the engine at least is all wrong. Too big and rounded.
The original pic looks photoshopped. The diver seems too 'crisp'
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

The bike in the first pic, is missing a cradle in front of the motor, I thought that was how it was made, but looking at the angle the motor is on, I wonder if it wasn't removed by whatever dive company put it there for tousists.

Muffler fell off after 3 laps so it probably wasn't going long enough to have chain problems

    Buckets were out accelerating me

I think it's a Suzuki b120. Old Suzi round tank badge, fork gaiters, single cyl, enclosed chain, big headlight shroud, and about the longest tank on any small bike. Probably a blue one eh!

Nope. Look at the chain side...
