Perf or Louvre tube where to find?

I am looking for some Pref or preferably Louvre tube 25mm (1") diameter, I could go as large as 30mm but I am really unsure who supplies this, I only need about 600mm.

    Any ideas.

what he said, I've bought it through Magoo mufflers they just cut too the length you want

Autobend or Magoo (same place) do both but the smallest size for either is 38 mm (OD).

Perf is cheaper and sold by the length, louvered is sold in preformed 600 mm lengths.

If using perforated for a muffler core you need to allow for expansion - perf 'grows' in length when hot a lot more than louvered so one end at least needs to be a slip fit with room for expansion.

And there in lies the problem(s) I need the physical size the exhaust is only 42mm ID and I need to retain the look, I am already (possibly) in trouble over the alterations made (to the other half's bike).
