Why those Norton Hi-Riders never took off is surely one of motorcycling's most enduring mysteries.

If you could find the Norton Commando magazine adverts of the 70's - she was gorgeous. The bikes were quite nice, too.

googleable. there are a few online galleries. Miss Klingy has a library too.

There are two possibilities...
a) I am the Norton Commando girl from the '70s
b) I have borrowed her image (without permission) for my avatar.

As I am an honest and upstanding citizen, I'm leaning towards option a).

Either way, she's a stunner.

Or the third of the two possibilities is that you resemble the Norton Commando girl from the '70s.
The fourth of the two possibilities is that you don't really resemble her, but you're just as (or perhaps even more?) gorgeous.
Option (a)? I think not.
You're obviously too youthful for that to be true.

There's no Honda V4s in it!
They raved on about bikes and cars that were important milestones, icons, blah blah blah, but didn't research things!
What about the impact the VFs had on superbike racing in the '80s?
Or the RC45 in the '90s? (Before Ducati got certain dispensations to help them win).
Or the success they've had in the Le Mans 24-Hour racing?
