Just checked my Email, If you want to do the course + hire a bike its $200, If you want to do just the test + hire its $80 ( but they dont teach you anything and will just pass or fail you)

Give Andrew & Lynne a call

    www.roadsafe.co.nz

I would strongly urge you to go through their rider training session, then combine it with the BHS. It costs more.. but it will be the BEST investment you will make!!!

They cover slow speed control, counter steering, cornering, braking & emergency braking. Learning these essential skills, correctlyfrom the start, will set you up for life!

I have worked with them on several occasions here in Nelson & am now training to be an instructor myself, with them. I promise you.. it will be worth every cent!!

My Step son went with them in Lower Hutt,
They were quite good..... He loved it. Apart from allmost killing the bike assoon as he was able to ride with his learners...... His excusse was...... We didnt use anything other then 1st and 2nd gear???? are there more
He is much better at riding now and I believe it was due to that course.
    I am bikeless at moment
Back to looking. Went dreaming at Motard today.

I did the learners course and the BSH course in one day about two months ago, I had never been on a bike before, had no idea about any of it - Andrew was brilliant, it is bloody hard and a very long tiring day but I managed to pass and now have a learner licence and a bike. Cost was about $340 for both courses and bike hire I think.

I fully suport going and doing the full day course with Andrew, it might be more than you want to spend but the bad habits he will beat out of you will set you up for life (and extend it).

Mid-corner I still see him indicating to me to keep my eyes up sometimes..
