Yep +1 on the pics. You could also wander up to Manfield for Round 3 of the Actrix Winter series this Saturday and leave a big 4 sale sign on the bike.

It might not sell the bike but it gives you a reason to go watch the racing.

Has it been crashed and repaired? That's sure what it looks like. Better to be upfront about it. You could leave out the fact that it's got brand new exhaust on it. Just had a carb tune is plenty of info.

The somewhat unsalubrious neighbourhood photos don't really help.

The ad copy doesn't "sell" it to any particular buyer. There's a bit of a science to it which I can't be ased explaining. I sold a beatup old vt250f for 1800 by offering it as a learner machine you wouldn't cry about dropping.

How about listing it as the learner machine for the taller bloke? The highway capable 250 you can ride all day?

The problem with learner 250 bikes is they're little! Your vtr250 spada has oodles of get up and go but it's not all arse up head down cramped like a cbr, zzr, gsxr. You've ridden it all over right?

CBR fairing helps on the long rides too.
    Insert witticism.

    Ok dude my opinion.
I won't gild the lilly here and keep in mind it is my opinion.
1)your pictures are terrible -The secret is to do them in good light with a very simple but complimentary background. --iM NOT PARTICULARLY GOOD AT PICTURES BUT HAVE A LOOK AT THE mILLARSCARCENTRE ADVERTS
    2) the wording suggests the bikes a rebuilt wrightoff
    3) the bike isn't origonal or origonal apearing.

I just had a bit of a play with the words for ya. Hope it helps

The VT250 range has developed a reputation for being a fantastic all round motorcycle. This model -the spada 250 makes an ideal first bike.
or commuter. These bikes have smooth m power and great handling.
I have owned this bike since April 2006. This bike runs well and has been well looked after.
These bikes are great to learn on and are much better performers than for example Suzuki GN250. They are also not full on race replicas so you are sitting in a more natural riding position. You dont outgrow these bikes so quickly as they have more than enough performance and handling for when you get the full licence.

    - Recently had a full service and tune including carb balancing.
    - Sold with a NEW WOF and 3 months registration
I have fitted an aftermarket fairing, mirrors and headlights Ive loved riding the bike with the fairing on and better lights. Not only is it safer at night it makes the ride more enjoyable.
Ive kept all the origonal parts if you prefer the naked look.

Im happy to help out with delivery in the lower middle North Island or organise getting the bike freighted. I am also happy to supply the buyer with some riding gear, Pants, Jacket and gloves.

Any questions, feel free to ask. Thank you for your time. :-)

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
