Thas seems cheap IIRC for Bark busters, one trick with them is they come in bits so make sure that includes all the brackets and inserts.
I have pics I can upload about lunch time.
Meanwhile here's their website... http://www.barkbusters.net/

Yep. Some (Acerbis, BB) sometimes don't include barmounts and you have to get them seperatly.

Here's mine and Js Bark busters.
The end of the yellow ones in pic 1 isn't quite sitting flush any more because there's now a big bend in the mounting bolt from receiving frequent abuse. Still doing it's job though, and never broken any leavers with the guards installed and leaver perches tweaked so they are firm but moveable.
The end scuff receiver part (VPS Skid Plate)came separately, isn't actually needed but looked nice when it was new. The idea of that bit seems that it gets a lot of the impacts during bike drops and is a cheap part to replace so you can keep your ends looking nice. We haven't refreshed ours.
The Variable height wind deflectors are actually at full height in all photos. They could be bigger IMO.
The bar ends of a diameter to suit my alloy bars have plastic expanders, not so good, but the bigger diameter stuff is still alloy. There are various ones in the spare parts list. Cant remember, I think they were included in the main box but you need to check the bar end internal diameter.
Now the stuff I liked more.
Pic 5 is all about leaver clearance.
Pic 6. The hinged clamp. It did have to be bought separately but that hinge makes mounting a lot easier than the non hinged brands. You need the correct one for you bars. Mine was for the pro taper alloy bar of what ever profile bend I have.
You can get longer bolts and spacers to make things fit around brake cylinders etc if needed. We used a 10mm spacer on Js DR, but didn't need any on mine.
Would I get them again... yes.
Would I look into the zeta stuff.... others like them so yes I might have a better look at them also.
Moose are worth a look at too from memory.

+1 on the moose ones. Superior motorcycles here in Chch do them. Had them on the DR and XTZ - just sorting out oversize inner mounts and they will be on the 950Adv as well. Simpler in design with no hinge on the inner mount meaning more tweaking needed to get them on but strong as hell and they have a nice soft foldable plastic wind/roost defelectors that is larger than the Bark Busters (well TS's ones anyway). Not cheep though - $170 for the alloy bits and about $50 for the defelectors.

Well I can get the bark buster brand for $120.00 plus shipping, this is for everything needed to bolt them up to the std 7/98 bar.
According to them the adjustable wind deflector is not available so I will bodgie something to fit.

I think they lie, the adjustable deflector bit is listed on the Batrk Busters website, it must be available BUT was included as part of the main bar and VPS Plastic Guard package on mine.
It's good they are including the mounting kit in their price for you.BHG1
VPS plastic handguard with aluminium backbone.
Includes variable height wind deflector.
Available in Black, Blue, Green, Orange, Red, Silver, White & Yellow.
Note: Mounting Kit sold separately.
I'm sure you'll let us know how you get on when it turns up.
Cheers
TA.
