    I definately recommend one of these for Adventure riding, in summer especially it's all to esy to overheat and get dehydrated when the going gets tough and you are in all your gear.

    These are an easy comfortable way to carry water and you can easily go through the 2 litres on a physical ride.

    With my camelback one I put the bladder in the freezer the night before a ride in summer. It keeps the water cool all day so you've always got a cool refreshing drink.

    always keep your bladder in the frezeer & it stops al the gunge from growing inside.

    I put mine in the hot water cupboard, never had a problem with gunge.
