Lots of eye openers on that page.

Couple of standouts are me actually recording the time on Deanos SP1. 264 real, 293 on the clock.

Also amazing is the fact Tony Sampson can make a bike go 13kph faster than anyone else can make a comparible machine go.

I'm looking VERY forward to this years events as I reckon we'll see a couple of bikes through the 300kph barrier.

you'll have to change the gearing - I hit the limiter in 6th doing 285. So it'll have to be changed in the box and/or sprokets..

I too am looking forward to this years event...in fact I can't wait. I'm gonig to try to convince my brother in law to let me take his ZX9R this time.

I was happy with some of the bikes that I managed to beat in both the flying and standing.

I must say that this is a rather pointless thread, from the get go, the definition should have said...what's the fastest you've been and show us the god dam proof! The speedo reading really means nothing at those kind of speeds.
My speedo was up around the 270 mark from memory when I managed the 227.
