Why the sudden desire to tour, mate?

I mean, I'm all for it but it seems you've instantly decided that's where the fun is when we all know, it's at track days.

It's not a sudden desire, it's a sudden ability. Been wanting to for the past decade.

I'm reserving judgement on them things until I've ridden one.

You never know, the sky might fall on my head and make me buy a GSXR.

He wants, nay needs, a Street Cross mate. Sell him one now. Go on. He could pick it up on the way through and I could run it in for him before he gets here. I'd even pay for the first service.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Anyways, at Mt Eden MC today, I saw a brand spanking new ZRX1200R. Apparently someone's brought another wad of them into the country.

And it's *cheaper* than a Street Cross.

    Oooooh, decisions, decisions...

[Edit: by the way, due to having to wait for my class 6 full and, of course, the ongoing and annoying lack of magic money trees in my back yard, this is all for next summer, mm kay? I won't have any of the local salesmen getting excited without due cause.]

Mt Eden MC brought them in.

WARNING: Don't ride one, you'll want one. The ZRX1200R is the best of the big nakeds. They go, stop and handle superbly in between. The latest model even has a 19 litre tank. My old one was only 17 litres. The latest Two Wheels magazine has a review of the latest model (the A3). At $16,000 brand-spanking they are a steal. Way more nimble that the CB1300 and the XJR1300. If Valentino Rossi rode for Kawasaki he'd have one for weekend riding.

If you want an A2 for $10,500, ANZA still have my old one on the floor -- complete with Roadtec tyres and Neptune muffler. It knows its way round the South Island too...

Take it for a 'test ride', jrandom. Just a shortish one...

Oh that's right - you don't have your BigBoys licence yet. Dang...
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

If no one else has offered I've got room for you here and it's far enough away from Dangerous place for you to be relatively safe from him, make sure you let us know the dates and we might meet up with you on the way somewhere

Bring the 10/22 (or borrow one of my muskets) and if you get to the Riviera of the South (Balclutha) you can stay at my place (off street parking in a gargre and a real bed) but protocol states you must leave all recreational drugs and fully automatic weapons at the gate - and oh, we only drink Laphroaig whisky at Chez Scumdog.

Oh, you will also need Riedel glassware to drink it from!!!
