Something much, much more embarrassing than that is...

Taking off from some lights and changing up to second, only to miss and select neutral. The resulting roar from your engine attracts far more attention than simply quietly stalling I can assure you

I've been doing this SOO much lately... And this is on a el slicko Zuki 'box. God forbid I ever get on an old Norton I'll probably find every neutral between first and fifth...
