Nice video. The Swedish Rural Roads are obviously better kept than the equivelent NZ Roads would be.

Hehe, similar to NZ and AUS but not as strict. You don't need to prove everything in Sweden as here with JP's etc.
But we only have 5months of motorcycle season, so people drive like mad men when it's time to get the bike out =)

Not always, NZ roads are really good actually. Just we might put on a little bit stronger asphalt since we get WINTER and frozen ground.

I've seen some epic numbers about what it cost to insure a sportsbike in Sweden. You ride it for a few months and then deregister it to afford the next season?

Hej Argyle. Especially if you're from Somalia in which case they'll even pay for a first class ticket and limo to a government provided apartment.

Edit: I'm not a "Fin" by the way. That's just the name of my dog who incidentally lives in Stockholm.

I used to have the rest of the photos after the Bike / Car Crash....Was a VF750 I think, was doing some 250Km when he hit the car. Bike rider and both car px died instantly.

The Car with the bike fully imbedded inside was cleaned up and went on a road trip to promote "safe riding"
