There a bit more of a catch as well. If the vehicle is used for business, then for OSH purposes it is also considered a "place" of business.
As such, it needs to meet the same requirements as an office does, such as:
* Fire extenguisher
* First Aid Kit
* Log book for injuries
Funny I know. We had to have our work vehicles re-fitted because of this change in OSH policy (happened about 2 years ago).
