Whether it is wet or dry; you should only use the back brake at low speeds.

how low you talking? <5kmhr? My understanding is that they front brake is far more effective at any speed, and less prone to locking up (for a given braking decelleration)

Not being a dick but Im sure others will agree, you can ride in hideous rain, on slippery as roads, get on the brakes and not wash the front.

    Just curious.
YOU are querying as to how someone binned??

Braking is all about "setup and squeeze"... don't dab or grab.

A VFR400 is probably quite a good next step.

So you shouldn't use the front brake at low speeds?
    Or
The rear brake should not be used at high speeds?
    Or
    Both?

    always use the frount brake
    sometimes use the back brake
never jam them on hard unless the frount dosent work and there is a corner coming up and a bank and a fence and a ditch

ALWAYS remember to blead the brakes when you know it needs to be done
