My point was that if you remove the people being overtaken and the police from the equation, he arrived at his planned destination safe and well.
Who would have ever known the difference?
How much truth is there in the other factors?
What was the real element of danger compared to the reporters (other drivers and police) perception of danger?
Bearing in mind that their own perception is their reality and they were "outraged"by the rider's actions! (no bias there, no porkies?)
Have you never heard some driver accuse another of behaving dangerously when there was really no danger at all, except in their "own" mind.
Everyone's perception of danger is different, especially when they are accusing another of doing it! (they were outragedremember, no bias, no porkies)
Again, I stress, nothing happened, he arrived at his destination fit and well, as intended so his speed is irrelevant.
The real question is, was he very wise and did he do our (motorcycling) cause any favours? NO, he was a prize prat! (IMHO anyway)
