Yep, only flat at the bottom of the tyre.
The tyre goo didn't seem to like 120 kmph plus, started to ooze a bit, but lower speeds were fine. Tyre still holding 22psi parked in the shed.

We opted to miss out the Onamalutu climb on the leg home, but so was still 7 "major" Summits....depending on which ones you decide to count.
Dovedale Saddle, Mt Arthur, Berrymans Ridge, Kings Ridge, Mt Robert, Mt Patriarch, and Mangatapu... but we could count Berrymans and Spooner Tops as well? Who's really counting, good day out anyways.....

The occasional consequence of punting totally inappropriate machinery is returning to the scene with a recovery crew. The topos kindly helped with extracting the beast on Sunday - it took almost as long as the entire Saturday's riding.
After a search through adv it seems more likely to be the driveshaft that's packed up. Will find out in due course.
    Brilliant day's riding though.

Yes I was thinking it was probably something other than the clutch to let go suddenly like that . Driveshaft seems an easier fix though.
I guess something had to go ,it was certainly getting hammered.
