It was bad cause it could have been MY Ducati!! but it would have been just as bad if it was a Suzuki, or a Honda, or a Harley even! Hitting ANY bike is beyond redemption..
Had she hit a Harley she'd have had some dents to explain to hubby when she got home tho....

I backed up after that and pulled up alongside the driver to share the amusement i was having at his expense but he wouldn't make eye contact

A few moons ago, had a silly bitch stop VW Golf next to me at the traffic lights. Unfortunately she'd parked on my foot. Luckily I got her attention be belting her window as if she'd driven forward it would have broke my ankle or worse. No apology either. Thank goodness for proper motorcycle boots.

Moral of story:- get big fuckoff solid (scraped and bashed) panniers when filtering regularly.

Hitting bike and farking off.....isn't it time we published names and numberplates of these sorts of cunts?

Lots of people wouldn't have bothered - bling to you and a big thanks for taking the trouble to help out a fellow biker. I bet the owner was grateful to have the number plate details for his insurance company - cause that shit can get dear when you lose your no claims, it hurts even more when it wasn't your fault.

That's why you have full insurance - give the insurance company the stupid bitches details and it is there problem, usually you don't lose your no-claims if there is another driver identified who is 'at fault'.

But the cost of the damage is less than the excess, so it's not worth it.

    Code:
It went along the lines of:

'Oh, how I love the morning, being up at the c---k of Dawn'

Yous can fill in the blanks, eh...
    I always thought it was

"I'm so horny that even the crack of dawn isn't safe"

I had a girlfriend called Dawn when I was young
She didn't think it was funny (the joke that is, not going out with me)

It depends on how they do the excess - some deduct the excess and then pay you if they get it back from the other party, others don't deduct the excess and do their best to get the money from the other party. But yeah, if the excess in higher than the damage and therefore the insurance wont pay then what can you do?

Of course full insurance is pretty handy in a similar situation if the damage is much more expensive.
