we may just go where no ones been
"upgraded" my bike in November..... from a 230-250, bike had 30 odd hrs on it when 'new' and now sitting at about 75 - not all of that has been riding as such, some in the shop, some fkn around getting it set up for me.
Lucky girl, big kids at school, little kid at home based care two days a week, try to get out every Wed in between drop offs and pick ups of said kids, and live 10 min from the sandpit........ sounds pretty good really - dosnt really factor in all the working my ass off around getting out to ride
heh heh heh![]()
WESTIE CHICKS ROCK
37.5 hours for me! Need to get out more I reckon!
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!
'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '
Few road bikers in there I think as DIRT biking isn't in the title and they didn't read the post. Sarge or Dangerousbastard for instance doesn't list an MX or enduro bike and they've never posted on here, But I could be wrong???
Not sure if hours cruising gravel roads is quite the same as a hard out forest or MX ride there jantar. I certainly couldn't do 6 or 8 hours in a day enduro but I could adventure riding.

the two month it took me to fix my crank seal will do for an excuse for now
the two days of the weekend seem to disapear pretty quick on days usually stuff around the house fixing somthing getting crap from the shop etc leaves one day to do fun stuff and there are other things to do
want to ride more though
"The world is a strange sad place. Ride as often as possible and try not to think about it".
That doesn't include gravel roads, or it would be over 60 hours. I have only included actual offroad time. ie riding over the Dunstan range, or climbing Cairnmuir, etc.
And no, there is no mx, enduro or any other competition type time included. I gave up that type of riding over 25 years ago.![]()

Time to ride
No idea how many hrs, out every weekend (except when my bikes broken) and more often over summer holidays. Done a couple of two day rides this year too.
LOL I think for you spike, you should give how many hours you've spent kicking your bike over.
Yes, well if I could remember what hrs were on the bike when I bought it, I could tell you.
We were talking about this the other day, would have to be in excess of 50 for the last yr.
But remember we are noobs and need to ride twice as oftern to get half as good as someone who has riden twice as long for half the time ....
LOL
You'll be tough spiked punch!!! hmmmm ive done 100-120 in the last year
How much do I ride?
NOT ENOUGH :)
