Sounds like it'll be fun, Iain. Sorry I've gotta miss it, as I'm instructing at the ART day at Pukekohe (using neither the DR nor the Varadero, thank you - though I have used the Vara at an ART day before).

If you allow for 180 to 200kms between stops that would be great and an absolute minimum range would have to 140kms.

There are super tankers available but they charge by the testicle.....

Pete & Devil, sorry you can't make it, next time ????

    Yep, will be keen...

Meet at the Tuakau bridge once again, will you be swinging past?
Won't be on the Katie, but will bring the yellow peril as it is good for the beaches.....

You seem to have a talent weatherwise.
Metvuw for Sunday has some really pretty colours - a lot like your last ride really.

Then again, perhaps we should just wait and see, eh?

Forecast looks better today than it did yesterday. Still gonna turn to crap but later than first thought - so fingers crossed................

Truth to tell, the run down the m'way heading home from your last excursion, was a bit hairy - bucketing down, about a cm of surface water everywhere, absolutely zero visibility and my tail light bulb gone - expecting to become a hood ornament at any moment. Not at all dull.

I see Dino 33 & a 1/3 is fiddling with himself again - repeatedly even!

Metvuw outlook has improved again slightly. We might get a reasonable day yet.
