Feedback on tyres for a wideglide

Life is like a roll of toilet paper, the closer you get to the end, the faster it goes!

Dunlops are numb and offer little or no feel. I went with Avon Venoms on my old Softail Standard. The 21" front was a vast improvement. I've also recently put Metzeler Z6s on my Guzzi. They grip well and are supposed to have a decent life. They're not dual compound though are supposed to give a similar life. As for dual compound, not sure if the Michelin Pilot range covers HD but I like the idea of a harder centre for longevity and softer edges for grip.

Whatever you go with it'll be better than the shit stock tyres.

I ran Metzlers on my FXR and when I bought the W/g it had Dunlops on. The best thing I ever did was chuck 'em out and replace them with my old favourites, Metzlers.

Two completely different bikes but they both took a liking to the same rubber.
