    Quasi's new Bike

Hiya all I went out and brought Devils Motard, its a KTM 690sm, not exactly a race motard but it is the best road going motard on the market featuring the worlds most powerful single the LC4.

I have clocked up about 400 kms so far and I have to say I cant imagine a better bike for NZ roads, its nimble its fast (but not dum fast) and its a complete riot ! its comfy, its cheap and its consumables will be low.
20kms per litre and I can go any where with it (mostly)

so here it is, Im in love !

    It came with

    screen (shown in pic)
    Full set of plastics
    3 sets race tyres
    ventura
    Oxford hand warmers
    KTM tank bag
other stuff I cant think of right now

Obviously it's not a tourer and won't be good for a 200Kph blat down the motorway.

"cant imagine a better bike for NZ roads"

As a getting from A to B and riding absolutely everywhere:

I suspect you are spot on there.

    Congrats on a great choice.

Yeah its so nice to ride open road its unreal, typically these things dance all over the road but this is as solid as arnie 30 years ago, then to the twistys "MY GOD" power is massive for a 690 (652) loving it !

Isn't it mounted back to front? The grooves would be pushing water towards the centre of the tyre the way it is won't it? I'm confused...

Now update your profile, now that you're no longer "bikeless".
