But I've heard those leather chaps leave your butt hole exposed and that's why the Honda riders ply you with alcohol at said parties.

Be very worried if you ever see a Honda rider wearing chaps...

Even worse, if at a party.

I wear full kit most of the time. But there is nothing nicer than wearing jeans on the bike. I will wear the jeans if going down the road but longer distance then ATGATT it is.

I was about 500m from home, turned a corner doing about 20kph, hit some diesel, slid down the road. All the gear on but still managed to break my ankle as my boot got wedged between the road and the bike and was twisted as it was dragged along.
Kind of wish I'd been doing something more spectacular to warrant 6 weeks in a cast!

I do not consider chaps do comply with the code. And you have clearly demonstrated why that is the case. Any gear you wear that leaves parts of your body unprotected and open for leaving you with damaged organs is not on!

May the bridges I burn light the way.

Watch out for those stationary trucks...

LMAO my bad re: wording, but yup definitely watch out for stationary vehicles as they can always jump out at you and kick ya ass when you least expect it as I found out

5 weeks off the road with no bike and still counting, insanity is starting to kick in dammit!!!
