I have bought a lot of product from T7 And initially was impressed with the service,i recently bought a pair of Fox tracker boots then lost one of the retaining buckles, when i emailed to get a replacement i was told to contact an authorised retailer ie a motorbike shop, what is the point of buying online then have to go to a shop for parts etc? I know it was cheaper to buy the boots online but i would have thought they would have stocked spares?

I think they are just a clearance site so understandable they dont have parts
Even on the old ones if you dont race serious and you wanna just go do the odd club day and smoke everyone on a big old 5hundy it great and if you get beaten you have a handful of excuses

I bought a fox jersey from T7 and it had a loose thread which wasn't that big of a deal buit expected better from brand new item. Let T7 know and they swapped it out NO QUESTIONS ASKED....

Have since bought more stuff off them and have had NO HASSLES.

They have some pretty kick ass deals from time to time as well.....
Some people think they can & some think they can't......they're both right.

Im pretty sure T7 own 1day.co.nz or vice versa and i have bought alot through 1day no problems .

I guess when you get a well known brand you expect it to be made to a standard regardless to what shop it came from.... But i would say T7 are just the clearance shop and they wouldn't open every item they get although it is their responsibility as the seller to fix defected items and not for you to talk direct with another shop.

Ahh currently have fox gear so will give this SHOT brand a go.

As long as it doesn't come apart when i hit peak power on the 450 then ill be happy! haha

I recently bought 2 hydration pack from T7 for 20 bucks each. They are good for those cycle MX cross over stuff. Bough a few other items as well not to bad to deal with.
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '
