What kind of tyres should i run (that opens a whole new thread!)
As in, will a really need knobs or will a intermediate style of tyre be ok?
Or should i just run with whatever roadish rubber the new (to me) bike comes on?
Bare in mind, i have no intention of making this a race....

Not at all, if we any reason you are delayed, we can easily meet you a little later as we plan to go to Uruti and then down Kiwi Rd to the Ahititi / Ohura Rd. So we could meet you there if you were running a little late.Could be there by 9.00 am, is that going to be too late
Intermediates will be fine, I have a nob on the front but have done it with intermediates. No it isn't a race, I will more than likely be 2 up with someone on the back new to riding on gravel so I (as usual) won't be going fast.What kind of tyres should i run (that opens a whole new thread!)
