    Another oil thread

Being new to this 4T thinggy im wandering how often you guys/gals change your oils

The manual states every 15hrs but it seems most people change it more often

Its a Honda crf250 so it takes tranny oil and engine oil seperate(but i use the same oil)
Even on the old ones if you dont race serious and you wanna just go do the odd club day and smoke everyone on a big old 5hundy it great and if you get beaten you have a handful of excuses

the reason most of us change it ever 5 hrs or is cause it cheaper to buy more oil than engine parts.

So roughly how many hours you get on it?..........And do you run different tranny oil?

most people find auto trans fluid in the trans side makes for smoother action of the clutch and gearbox, and 10 hours would be a good time for engine oil, less for trans

I cant remember the last time you didnt have it under water.

I change oil every ride and filter every second oilchange. there are cheap oil options see older threads if coin is an issue.like everyone says cheap insurance

Seat height you mean.?You can decrease your rear spring preload to bring seat height dowm but will make a bit cushier which is no good if your fmxing it or jumping lots.
I find for enduro it all good
