    Question Road racing, headlights law?

Have does the new legislation requiring the use of headlights during daylight hours affect things like the Paeroa road racing held every year?

I assuming being on a public road (even if closed for the event) they would have to comply with land transport legislation like this?

You can't be fucking serious. It's a closed road event. When they run street races the town basically shuts down for the day.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
