I don't know the road, but this may have been a little excessive and potentially unsafe
I guess they would have said if he was only wearing shorts and T-Shirt with his 7 year old kid on the back.

Just looked at that road on Google Earth, WOW, no wonder peeps come from all over to try it out. straight, good surface and no-one around.
If we had roads like that here, the cops would be drawing straws to patrol it
