    The first round of the "Bikers with Narcolepsy Association" racing series did not go well...

    Interestingly, the acronym for Bikers with Narcolepsy Association is "BNA", which would end up being said as "Binna".
    ... and that's what I think.

    I gather that the higher the rep of the giver, the higher the rep given.

    I note when I give out rep that there is no option for how much to give yet I have received varying amounts of rep from different people.

    Looks to me like it is based on the rep of the sender - unless the ability to choose how much you give is another thing that comes with becoming a senior member (along with the ability to change what's written under your handle.)
