    Ride to Cold Kiwi

A thread for the people of welly to band together and invade Cold Kiwi.

Me and a few others are gathering up at Caltex Rimutaka at about 8am, with the trailer following at around leaving at around lunchtime. Anyone is welcome to join in. Going to go through Waiarapa's, take some back roads after Masterton, then go over Paihiatua Track, up to Ashurst, more backroads till just before Taihape, gather up the supplys then invade the rally site.

250s are definitely welcome, as we already have two coming, and maybe another. We won't be travelling at any stupid speeds, however us on the big bikes might shoot ahead and have some silly fun for some parts of the trip.

If you're interested in joining us, let me know, and we'll wait up for ya.

Theres a group of us traveling up on the friday morning to set up a good camping spot in the trees. Travel up the guts of SH1, then straight through at Bulls to wHanganui to do the back loop to national park.

Could do coffee in Paihiatua. planning on being at the site not too long after lunch, get everything ready for the evening, then kick the weekend off.
