I look forward to owning my own bike in the near future!

Because frankly I am sick to death watching you all cruising through my town as soon as the sun shines on the weekend! And not one of you selfish buggers stop and pick me up LOL!!

So, my only way to get in on the buzz that you'all get, is to invest, in the very near future, in a bike that hopefully will not buck me off, like the last bike I owned!

Be assured that I will warn you when I get back on the road, so you will act like true gentlemen and give me a wide berth

All good, glad to see you want to see what this two wheeled malarky is all about! Welcome to KB and the nutty world of motorcycling!

Don't feed the trolls, watch out for the usual lunacy and ... get out there and get riding!

I'd almost certainly pick up some chick standing on the roadside with helmet, and full bike gear and her thumb out.

edit: Well, I'd stop and talk to her at least.

    "Wow, Great advise there DB."

Well I think the first thing to do is go and get your L plates - lets face it that's the easy part - then the next easy part is get any old bike under 250cc to complete your P Plates...so thankful I missed out on all that crap..especially by attending a Motorcycle Riding Course way way back in 1984...full license in less than 8 weeks!!
