Depending on the bike, lowering the tripple clamp on the forks, throwing on clipons and a loud pipe should do it?

The 900ss is virtually a factory built cafe racer IMHO.
    Loud and no frills.

    www.rockerboxer.com

click the boxers at large bits

    www.flatracer.com

    www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=163017

    www.cafeboxer.com

these will give you a good idea. however, the cx is easier to turn into a classic bobber. searching for a good bobber is not as easy as searching for cafe racers but give it a go on google

Google Image is your friend - there are heaps of images of Cafe Racers old and new on the net.

Also search Trademe for bits - there are a few fibreglass seat units etc on there often. www.justfairings.co.nz also have some useful plastic that may be adapted to a Cafe Racer.

Go to google.com and enter "cafe racer" with quotes around it, and click search. Now once that has loaded, click images up the top left.
