What is this bike and where can I get parts?

I'm fixing up a little bike for a mate of my son. Its all in good order but has a broken exhaust.

Its some sort of chinese make but I don't know what brand it is or where I could get parts. I don't recognise it as a copy of a jap bike either. Its a 125cc 4 stroke thats all I know.

Here's a couple of pics...any help is much appreciated

Weld the muffler on again but put some extra gusseting on it to stop it cracking off again.

No don't know what brand either I know nothing about Chinese bikes.
    Cheers

Also check how the other end of the baffle tube is supported If any movement internally it'll crack again oh and repack it.

Mort. - If you cut the pipe about 150 mm forward of the muffler and remove 10mm of pipe then slide a reinforced rubber hose over the top with hoseclips securing it. Then forwards of the cut fit another securing bracket from the frame to the pipe you wont have more problems.
What happens is that the hose allows a tiny bit of flex between motor and muffler
also have a look UNDER the front of the exhaust pipe. good chance its had a bash
