Ride it until the wheels fall off...
I wonder why the "Wall of Death" riders, who rode those same arches many years ago, didn't end up in court as well? Could it be that in a bygone age we weren't so bloody intolerant of everything?
Probably a good move on your part Carver...certain members of the judiciary, who are known to me, have absolutely no sense of humour at all...not mentioning any names you unnerstand...

Is carver on the news?
Mike McRoberts said his name!
If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.
Duno, just heard something about a "hamiltonian dare devil" on the tv while I was on the computer (can't see TV). Figured KB was the first place for NZs news and I was right
"A shark on whiskey is mighty risky, but a shark on beer is a beer engineer" - Tad Ghostal
haha that was a laugh.
Just saw the article on 3news, you came across quite well I thought Carver. Did you tell the court or the TV crew that you had been practicing for this stunt for some time? Wasn't just done on a whim! The lowest fine & minimum loss of license seems to reflect that.
Looking forward to the next clip on Campbell live.
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded
After all of the posturing in the earlier thread, I think Carver made the right plea, said to the Man, "Yeah I did it, now I take the consequences."
Kudos Carver!
Keep on chooglin'
Stjim- you were going to try and argue that the arches of a bridge, financed by what we now call land transport or some such thing, are not part of our roading system?
Further more, you wanted to argue that Carver doesn't own said arches, and had no permission to ride on them, whilst possibly endangering the motoring public, so therefore shouldn't be in the shit?
I really fuckin hope the law is not your primary income, because if I can see holes in your initial defence, you're never gonna win a court battle.
