Saturday. Auckland to the Far Norf and back for the day. Quite a few bikes heading north late in the day, but bugger all on the roads in the morning.

Tried to troll up a ginger in Rodney by sitting on a good clip of speed. Nothing!
Fuck all cops anywhere. Was there a Dunkin' Donuts' conference on somewhere?

Slept through it as it happens.

Won't take you up on the offer of a ride on the Suzuki but thanks very much anyway. Should the worst happen etc.... Too fast for me anyway ;-)

Mrs Oakie and I went into town on Saturday just to get some chain-lube and somehow finished up going through the Lyttleton Tunnel then back into town via Summit Road. Nice detour and good to find out how the Bandit handles the windy stuff two-up.
